THE WORKOUT

We offer a distinctive and electric environment that combines the best of both worlds - party and exercise! Our non-contact group classes are cardio-based with bodyweight strength training, designed to push you to your limits while we box to the beat. With our dedicated team of instructors, you'll stay motivated throughout your 50-minute boxing-inspired class, which will challenge your mind and give you a total body workout. To help protect your joints, we use Aqua Training Bags, which make it easier and safer to punch without unnecessary strain. At the end of your class, you'll not only leave drenched in sweat but also inspired, knowing that our inclusive community has your back!

FIRST TIMERS

Even if you're a complete beginner, you're welcome at Scrapyard! Our classes are designed to accommodate all skill levels, so whether you're a seasoned boxer or it's your first time, you'll find a challenge here. Our goal is to create a supportive team that encourages everyone to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals. So come as you are and join us for an invigorating workout that will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

THE VIBE

At Scrapyard, once you step into our studio room, you'll be completely absorbed in the workout. With your focus solely on your bag and the instructor, you'll be able to let go of any distractions outside of the studio walls. Immerse yourself in the energizing atmosphere of our dark room, which boasts a nightclub-inspired ambiance with vibrant coloured lights and a playlist of upbeat tunes. We can't wait for you to experience all the fighters hit the bag to the beat in unison. This unique, high-energy environment is sure to leave you wanting more.
