CANCELLATION POLICY

For any cancellations of boxing classes, please ensure to cancel 8 hours before your scheduled class time. If your booking is cancelled 8 hours prior to class time, your reservation will be refunded to your account for future use. If cancelled later than the 8-hour window, you will lose the class credit. If you have a punch pass, you will lose 1 pass from your package. If you have an unlimited pass, you will be charged a $10 non-refundable cancellation fee. If you do need to cancel on an emergency basis, or if something comes up resulting in you needing to miss class, send us an email!

ACCOUNT/PASS INFORMATION

All classes must be paid for in full before attending.

If the credit card attached to your file has expired or been declined, please update payment information to keep your account and pass in good standing.

All punch pass packages (5, 10, and 25) expire one year after purchase and activation date.

Monthly Unlimited passes renew monthly and will auto renew until cancelled.

Monthly Student Unlimited passes are available for purchase with proof of student attendance.

WAIVER

A written waiver will need to be completed and stored on your profile prior to class attendance. This can be completed online or in studio
